Shipment

Shortly after you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email to acknowledge your order. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information. You can track your order every step of the way. Your order is complete once the package is in the postal carrier's care.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We ship FOB (Free on Board).

Once the package is picked up by the postal carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility, as we have no means of tracking it or controlling the speed of delivery. Be advised that if the package is lost in the mail, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the US Postal Service.

Please consider multi-item orders, as the cost of shipping on a single-item orders is disproportionately high. Prepayment is required on all orders.  Insurance and risk-of-loss is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are only estimates. The actual delivery date is dependent upon the performance of the responsible delivery service(s). Processing time before shipping is currently 1 to 3 business days. Packages ship when the order is complete.

Spend $100 and get free worldwide shipping. 
Otherwise shipping begins at $7.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UTC +01:00) are usually shipped the same day.

USA: 2 - 14 business days

EU: 1 - 10 business days

Rest of World: 6 - 14 business days.

When Shipping Address Differs From Billing Address

If you're shipping your order to someone else, you may want us to let them know that something special is on the way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address in the "delivery address." The email will display product, carrier, and tracking information, but will not include pricing and payment details.


The number of shipments we dispatch for your order is dependent on our inventory:

  • We create our products in small batches and by hand to ensure freshness and purity.
  • Depending on our inventory, we may need to order your item from the manufacturer and wait till it arrives before we ship it off to you.

Signature Required

All of our shipments contain valuable items, so carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.  For an order that requires a signature on delivery, Aurelia Essential Oils suggests some easy ways for you to receive your package. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before returning your package to us.

Option 1: Sign for the package.
  • Anyone over the age of eighteen at the shipping address can sign for the package.
Option 2: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager.
  • If you miss the first delivery attempt, the carrier leaves a delivery notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.
  • The carrier attempts delivery three times before returning your package to us.
  • If you will not be available for one of the delivery attempts, sign the delivery notice and leave it on your door prior to the next delivery attempt. While this will not promise drop-off, it increases your chances.
  • You can specify a safe delivery spot, such as the back door or building manager. If you instruct delivery to an address other than the one specified on the package - such as an immediate neighbor - someone must sign for the package.
Option 3: Pick up package at carrier’s local office.
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier’s local facility. Call the number on the carrier's delivery notice, and inform the carrier that you want to pick up your package there.  To pick up your shipment, you'll need the delivery notice and both of the following identifications:
  • a government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) that matches the name and address on the package; and
  • a second ID with your name on it (e.g., credit card, Social Security card)
    The carrier can release the package only to the person designated in the shipping address.
