Rub 2 drops between your palms to warm the blend.

Cup your hands over your face and breathe in slowly, three times.
Pillow
Press your palms to your pillow, or add 2 drops to it. Massage what's left into your neck and shoulders.

When should I use it?
At the end of your day, once you're home for the night. We don't recommend driving or operating machinery after use.
Oil or Spritz?
The oil is for your palms, pillow, neck and shoulders. The Spritz mists bedding and rooms, and it's easy to pack.
What about the kids?
For children we suggest Kid's Delight during the day and Sweet Dreams in the evening.
