Topical Application
Apply the blend to areas that promote deep relaxation and restful sleep:
Palms: At bedtime, rub 2 drops into your palms, then deeply inhale the aroma to calm the mind and relax the body.
Pillow: Rub 2 drops onto your pillow before sleep to allow the soothing scent to ease you into a restful sleep.
Neck & Shoulders / Soles of Feet: Massage into the neck and shoulders to relieve tension. Apply to the soles to ground and relax the body.
Inhalation: Pour a couple of drops into your hands, cup them, and inhale deeply to activate relaxation and prepare your mind and body for sleep.
